Do you have extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management and want to take the next step in a leadership role? We are now looking for a project manager who wants to drive projects forward – from planning to execution.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating work on-site in our client's projects, where approximately half of the time is spent in production. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, clients, and your team members. You will focus on ensuring quality, budget, and delivery according to set goals.

Examples of tasks:

• Lead and coordinate between 10–20 people in projects.
• Be responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
• Ensure that work is performed according to applicable contracts, change management, and project economics.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain contact with both clients and subcontractors.
• Contribute to developing work methods and creating a safe working environment.

The position is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed by our client while we at StudentConsulting handle the recruitment process. The position is full-time with office hours and is expected to start as soon as we find the right candidate.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a technical background in electrical engineering and several years of experience in the industry. You are a natural leader who enjoys coaching your team members and creating structure in projects. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and ensure that work is done correctly from the start.

We would like you to have:

• High school or vocational education in electrical engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in the industry as a project manager in a similar field.
• Experience leading teams of 10–20 people.
• Experience in project economics, contract management, and change management.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Driver's license B.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.

Meritorious:

• Experience from infrastructure projects.
• Background as an electrician.
